Patrick Creek Campground sits at the confluence of Patrick Creek and the Middle Fork Smith River, a CCC-built 1930s camp with stone walls and sunken fire circles. The Smith River runs right beside the campground, offering swimming, sunbathing, and rafting in some of the clearest water in the state. A historic lodge and restaurant across Highway 199 covers meals.
