Swiftwater Falls
Waterfall · New Hampshire
About this swimming hole
A double-drop waterfall on the Wild Ammonoosuc River framed by the 1849 Swiftwater Covered Bridge. The rock face doubles as a natural slide into a large pool, and the southwest exposure warms the water faster than most White Mountain spots. Park just past the bridge and spend the whole day.
