About this swimming hole

A series of three major cascades on the East Fork of Overflow Creek near Highlands, with swimmable pools at the base of the middle and lower sections. The 2-mile round-trip trail descends steeply past each tier, and the pools are refreshingly cold even in August. It is quieter than the roadside falls along US 64.
