About this swimming hole
A dramatic 200-foot cascade in Stone Mountain State Park that ends in a cool plunge pool at the base of the granite dome. The 4.5-mile loop trail passes the falls after descending stone steps alongside the water. Swimmers wade and cool off in the basin below the falls on hot summer days.
