About this swimming hole
West Verde Creek and its tributaries carve swim pools through 5,400 acres of rugged Hill Country ranchland. The park is primitive by design: no crowds, no concessions, just creek pools at the end of rocky trails. It is the closest thing to backcountry swimming in the Hill Country.
