A wake-less reservoir in the South Fork of the Ogden River, ringed by cliffs and known for swimming and cliff jumping. It has public beaches, no powerboats, and towering cliffs up to 100 feet — but multiple drownings have occurred here, most recently a 2025 cliff-jumping fatality. Weber County law requires a life jacket for ANY water use at Causey, including swimming.
